Rafi Haque, a celebrated visual artist from Bangladesh, was born in 1965 in Kushtia. He earned his MFA with a specialization in printmaking from the University of Dhaka in 1991. Over the past two decades, his work in printmaking and painting has earned him national and international recognition, including the prestigious First Prize at the 5th World Triennele of Print in France in 2000. Rafi's art has been exhibited worldwide, from Bangladesh to the United States, and his works reside in notable collections like the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum in Japan and the National Academy of Fine Arts in Bangladesh. He also serves as the editor of the Bangla art magazine "Shilpoprobha" and contributes to the Society for the Promotion of Bangladesh Art (SPBA)
