Delivery: Artwork will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timeline may vary from 7 days to 14 Days. Estimated delivery lead times may vary in case framing is requested by customer. Due to any unavoidable circumstances, product delivery date may change. In that case our customer service team will notify promptly.
Transportation: Delivery is free for usual sized artworks. However, in case of big Artworks such as a big Sculpture or Painting, may incur additional cost- to be borne by customer.
Terms of payment: 100% invoice amount needs to be paid in advance (through Credit/Debit Card, bkash or Cash/Cheque at our Bank Account) as applicable to the purchase. Cash on Delivery for order value up to . Order value of more than BDT 20000.
A/C payee Cheque may be accepted in case of purchase by Business Houses, at Platforms’ discretion.
VAT & Tax: VAT has to be paid in excess of the total amount of payment. VAT Challan may be provided on customer request. Tax may be applicable as per Govt. rules.
Liability: The customer is responsible for inspecting the artwork upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours to our customer service upon receipt of the artwork.
