Mohammad Eunus is a renowned artist, born in Thakurgaon in 1954. He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Fine Arts Faculty at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1979. He pursued a Master of Fine Arts at Tama Art University in Tokyo, Japan in 1987. During his time in Japan, he also earned a Japanese language diploma from the University of Foreign Language in Osaka in 1984 and received an AIEJ Research Fellowship from Tama Art University in 1997.
As an accomplished artist and academician, Mohammad Eunus served as a Retired Professor at the Faculty of Fine Art, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Presently, he holds the esteemed position of Chairman of the Art Bangla Foundation in Dhaka, Bangladesh, while continuing his work as a freelance artist.
